These include: chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work (active release), specific rehabilitation exercises, functional movement modifications, work space ergonomics, cupping sore muscles, fascial release with IASTM, nutritional support, foam rolling exercises. The end goal is to not only get you out of pain, but keep you out of pain.
