Corrective exercise goes beyond stretching or strength work. It’s about identifying movement faults, restoring alignment, and retraining your body to move efficiently—so you don’t just feel better, you stay better.
We begin with a detailed movement assessment to uncover restrictions, imbalances, and compensations. From there, we create a personalized plan that blends mobility drills, stability training, neuromuscular control work, and strength reconditioning. Every movement is intentional. Every exercise targets a dysfunction.
We offer 1-on-1 corrective sessions, small-group movement classes, and structured programming for independent execution. Most sessions last 30–60 minutes and are updated weekly or biweekly based on progress.
