Approach to Care
Dr. Ben focuses on finding the root causes of dysfunction. His treatment combines chiropractic adjustments with customized movement protocols, hands-on soft tissue therapy, and education so patients not only feel better—but understand how to stay that way.
Experience
With more than a decade of experience, Dr. Ben has worked with athletes, families, post-surgical patients, and individuals recovering from car accidents. As a founding provider at Eastside Ideal Health, he leads with clinical excellence and genuine compassion.
Why He Became a Chiropractor
Dr. Ben’s passion for human performance began as an athlete and evolved through academic studies in sports science. His desire to help people move better and live pain-free led him to chiropractic, where he merges hands-on care with movement-based healing.
Personal Interests
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Ben enjoys weightlifting, hiking, traveling with his wife, and staying active in the PNW. He is always exploring new ways to blend science, movement, and health for a balanced lifestyle.
