our redmond chiropractic office: what to expect

At Eastside Ideal Health we combine chiropractic care, ART and sports therapy exercises to help you get back to the activities you love. We know you hate sitting on the bench so we identify underlying causes first, and develop treatments that make sense for your current and target levels of activity. Rather than just treating symptoms, our goal is to restore proper function so you can perform at your peak.

If you have been in an auto accident or are injured please call us so we can get you in right away.

What should I expect for my first visit?

Unlike many other practices, we don't use x-rays or hooking people into long-term treatment plans as part of our business model. Our job is to get you well. A typical first visit takes between 45- 60 minutes and includes the following services:

  • Comprehensive examination
  •  Functional movement assessment
  •  Diagnosis
  • Treatment
  • Discussion of rehabilitation exercises
  • At-home exercises

In rare cases, patients may be referred out for x-rays or additional scans. These are performed in an expert imaging facility, not our office.

How should I prepare for my first visit?

  • Fill out the new patient intake form before arrival. Please note: this form does not work on mobile devices.
  • Wear athletic clothing or a pair of shorts

what should i expect in my follow up treatment visit?

A typical visit lasts about 30 minutes and includes a combination of Active Release Technique, chiropractic adjustments and one-on-one coaching in rehabilitative exercises. Our professional Redmond facility includes a full gym so we observe you practicing the exercises we give you, and demonstrate correct form.

We place a heavy emphasis on functional rehabilitation because it plays a large role in returning your body to optimal function. You will be given a personalized rehabilitation routine that includes in-office training and at-home work.
