Golfer’s Elbow

Chiropractic Care for Elbow Pain & Golfer’s Elbow (epicondylitis)

Golfer’s Elbow, medically called epicondylitis, is a condition that causes pain where the tendons of your forearm muscles attach on the inside of the elbow. Pain may also spread to the forearm and/or wrist. Other symptoms include stiffness of the elbow, pain in the elbow when making a fist, weakness in the hand and wrist and possibly numbness or tingling into one or more fingers. Common causes may be excess or repeated stress (forceful wrist and finger motions), improper lifting and weight training, repeated throwing or hitting, poor conditioning and racket sports.
